Kevin was born in Hastings of Southwest Michigan and attended school in Kalamazoo. Kevin grew up playing many sports. Football being a passion. He is knowledgeable in many industries, but in April 2016 he leapt from business banking to Real Estate. He states it was the best decision he has ever made. He has found a high level of success after joining a Real Estate team that focused on the importance of education, training and teamwork. After 3 years of full time Residential Real Estate experience, Kevin was able to form his own team, Kzoo Realty Group, that he runs alongside his partner in love and life, Crystal.
He is a Realtor who dedicates his time, experience and knowledge to work hard for his clients to negotiate for their primary interests. A unique combination of personality and professionalism and a passion for his clients helps Kevin excel in customer service, and communication. These key values set Kevin aside from the pack and have enabled him to grind in tough markets to flourish in a self built career. Success has led Kevin to all sides of the industry including commercial Real Estate, and helped mold his property management business, Kzoo Management Group.
As a man of God and family, Kevin loves spending time with his partner and helping raise two teenage boys. Kevin enjoys training Hanz Buck, his German Shorthaired Pointer, traveling sandy beaches, fishing our freshwater lakes and streams, hunting in the woods, and swinging a golf club on the fairway. The outdoors is Kevin's home away from home.
