HISTORY
Crystal is a long-standing resident of West Michigan. Born and raised in Kalamazoo and surrounding areas, Crystal has a vast knowledge of properties in-land, as well as along the lakeshore. Crystal has earned her bachelor's degree at Central Michigan University in Corporate Management and Marketing and upon graduating CMU, Crystal went to work in the family corporation. Here is where she maintained a successful career in management and marketing before embarking upon her career in real estate. An advocate for all homeowners, Crystal is very much involved in keeping up on current matters, contracts, laws, and ordinances that affect every type of homeowner.
SELLING
Crystal has an extensive background in Sales, Management, and Marketing. This background has given her the tools, knowledge, and resources to utilize when marketing homes in a continuously changing real estate market. When a client chooses to list their property, she forms a marketing plan specific to that property. Beautiful and professional home photos and/or videos will be taken of each and every home to highlight all that a home has to offer. From small homes, condos, lakefront properties, to investors, Crystal will ensure that every seller is carefully and warm-heartedly cared for.
BUYING
Crystal takes pride in keeping in constant contact with her clients through every step of the buying process. She knows the buying process is tedious, and at times, overwhelming, whether for a first time home buyer, or an experienced buyer. She builds a personal, and professional, relationship with each of her clients so that she can get to know them along with their wants and needs in each and every dream home. From researching, to offer, to inspection, to close... She is there every step of the way putting her client's best interest first.
